First time to Manhattan, stayed 4 days 3 nights. Room was great, food was good, concierge was wonderful- great suggestions, helpful, kind and over the top helpful, caring smile. I would stay there again, I would love to come back again in the summer. Walking distance to Grand Central!

I recently stayed at East Miami, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the sleek, modern design of the hotel really stood out. My room was spacious, spotless, and had amazing views of the city. The pool area was one of my favorite spots—it’s beautifully designed and a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The gym was well-equipped and spacious, making it easy to keep up with workouts. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh options, though a bit pricey. I also loved the free bike rentals—they were such a fun and convenient way to explore the area. The only downside was the bed—it was softer than I expected from a five-star hotel, which wasn’t quite as comfortable as I’d hoped. That said, the other amenities and the unbeatable location in the heart of Brickell more than made up for it. Overall, East Miami made my trip truly memorable, and I’d happily stay here again. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Miami!

I liked the lobby. I loved the beds. They were the most comfortable ive slept on in the strip. I did not like the service from some people working lobby and the concessions area. I think the mini dome in the shopping area was nice.

We loved staying here, would definitely come back!
